Jeff P.O.V

Lexi's dad booked into a motel.

I don't know he said he likes it more than a hotel and he has been in the police station 24/7.

I haven't slept in I don't know how many nights.

All I can think about is Lexi.

I'm driving to his hotel,I mean motel to check if he needs anything.

I park and lot my car in the parking lot.

I knock on his door, but there is no answer.

This motel shid looks shady.

Michael said he liked motels more because it was more 'homey' but this just looks creepy.

A motel in basically the bushes.

He most definitely must of slept away at the station.

I admire how determined he is to find Lexi.

But he has to be since that's kinda like the only family he has after Lexi's mum passed on.

I decide to go back and check if he is in the police station.

As I walk to my car,I see something shining in the sun.

I decide to go and get what it is.

I pick it up.

It looks so familiar.

I open it and realise it's a locket.

Locket.

IT'S LEXI CHAIN YOU ASS!

I mentally scream at myself.

How the hell did this get here!

I examine the place where found the chain.

I don't see anything else or any other clues.

But I do notice,a motel room close to where I found the chain.

Could she be there?!

I walk closer to the room

Should I tap on the door?

Should I kick it down?

I don't know but I know I'm going to go with my gut.

I message Nick where I am and to bring some men.

•Short time skip•

I check the bathroom and main room and there is no one here.

It seems to be empty.

Did I just walk into someone's motel room for nothing?

I walk to the end of the room and there I find a door.

I open it slowly ready for anything that's in there.

Jeff:Lexi!

Lexi:Oh my-Jeff!

She immediately starts crying.

Jeff:It's okay Lexi,I'm here.

I say while removing all the chains from here.

Her body bruised, clothes ripped and looks like she hasn't slept or eaten.

As soon as she is unchained she pulls me into a tight embrace.

And I hug her back even tighter.

Jeff:Thank goodness you're okay.

I say running my fingers through her hair.
