Lexi P.O.V

I changed into a black jeans.Twist of Fate shirt and my Adidas shoes.

We jump into my dad's car,on our way to the hospital.

I'm so afraid,I'm so worried.

I just pray that Jeff is gonna be alright.

I cup my face and sigh heavily.

My dad takes my one hand.

Michael:Alexis,Jeff is gonna be okay,he is a fighter.I know he will be alright.

I nod smiling at my dad.

But I'm dying on the inside.

•At the hospital•

I rush into the hospital,leaving my dad behind.

I see everyone standing outside his room,so worried and stressed.

While I'm here feeling so freaking guilty.

Roman was on the phone with someone and so I go to Seth.

Lexi:Can I go in?

Seth:Doc is checking him out now so we're waiting for her to tell us what's up.

I rub my temples.

I cringe up and sit on the floor.

Putting my head on my knees.

Someone taps me,I look and see Roman.

Roman:Umm sorry,but Matt wants to talk to you.

I nod.

Phone call:

Me:H-Hello?

I try my best to sound like I'm not crying.

Matt:Lexi!You're okay!Oh my gosh!Thank the Lord!

Me:Yeh,I'm good Matt

Matt:Mmm how Is Jeff doing?

Me:I-I don't know.

I start crying.

Matt:Lexi are you crying?

Me:No....yeah.

Matt:Oh don't do this,we all know that Jeff will be okay.He is strong and you know that too.

Me:I know but I just can't help but feel like it's my fault.

Matt:It's not your fault Lexi.You know very well what Jeff wwoulf do to make sure you are safe.

Me:He took a stabbing for me!I'm not that important to do that for!

Matt:You know Jeff loves you,he would do anything for you.

Me:He lo-loves me?

Matt:I thought you would have noticed by now.

He laughs.

I sniffle.

Lexi:I guess I kinda did,but-

AJ:The doc is done.

She says to me.

Me:Hey Matt I will call you back.

Matt:Alright Tell Jeff I love him.

Me:I will dude,bye.

Matt:Bye.

End of phone call.

I rush towards the doctor.

Lexi:Is he going to be okay?
