Chapter 5

"So, Cadets what's the plan?" I questioned.

We, Huda, Alekh, Pooja, Sherry, Yudi, Ali, and I, were sited around a table in the game room panning for the fresher's ball

"Ma'am meray paas ek plan hai" Pooja stated

"Bolo Cadet" I replied

"Kyu na hum ek Bollywood theme karay....hayay socho har taraf Shahrukh aur Priyanka aur Deepika" She said exicted claping her hand like a little kid

"Oai punjaban yeah kaisay plan hai" Huda complained

"Kam se kam meray paas plan toh hai, aagar tera network koi aur idea catch kar raha hai toh talk kar varna chup kar" Pooja scolded

"Oh Punjaban, itna ghussa kyu kar rahi hai" Huda sai

"Huda Bhai jaan aap please chup raheyae" Ali said looking towards Pooja with adoration.

Huda was about to reply when I stopped the arguments.

"Cadets, stop arguing like kids....aap log bacchay nahi hai" I said "Agar kissi aur kay paas koi ideas ya suggestion hai toh boliyae"

"Ek idea hai meray paas" Huda said. I nodded my head in positive asking him to go on. "Kyu na yeah Fresher's Ball couples only ho"

"Wait...hold on dude.......yeah, this is not done" Yudi complained standing up from his seat

"Kyu Yudia daar gaya kya, oai fikar mat kar. Huda hai na, main teray liyay koi date dhooon lunga, fikar mat kario" He said in his total Huda style

"Duda, please yeah bakwas bad karo" Yudi replied, pointing a finger at Huda

"CADETS SHUT UP" I screamed and immediately a silence fell over the room "Aap log bilkul baachay ki tarah act kar rahy hai, ek sholdier ya ek cadet kissi bhi angle se nahi lag rahay. Aur cadet Huda, Fresher's ball humesha couples only hota hai........so any other suggestion"

"Ma'am white tie event?" Yudi suggested

"Ma'am kuch traditional kartay hai" Ali said

"Ek kaam kartay hai, khet (farm) ki theme rakthay hai, aur saab bhes (buffalo) ki tarah kapaday panehgay" Huda said which made him receive a smack from Sherry

"Cadet Ghelot, Cadet Sharma, any suggestion" I said as they had been quiet the whole time

"Aapun ko iss sasb se koi fark nahi parta....yeah saab beekar ki cheez hai" Alekh responded dishearten

"Cadet Ghelot....what about you?" I said looking at Sheey

"Kyu na hum masquerade ball host karay. Sab logo ki face cover hoga aur ek mysterious environment bhi baha rahagay" She said

"Aaray wha kya idea diya hai" Huda said praising her

"Hai sach mein yeah sms to mujhe bhi bohot pasand aaya" Pooja replied

"Dude that is really a cool idea" Yudi commented

"That is really a great idea cadet" I said with a smile but Sherry just showed me her eyes. Clearing my throat, I continued "Agar kissi koi koi aataraz nahi hai toh masquerade ki idea final kar detay hai"

Everyone nodded in affirmative..

"Aacha theek hai, now for the rest of the planning: Cadet Ghai and Huda, aap log decoration ki responsibility lengay, Cadet Sahani aur Cadet Ghelot, music ki responsibility aapki, aur Cadet Bei gaur Cadet Sharma aap log catering aur khana ki responsibility lengay.....any question" I said and when no one said anything I dismissed everyone except Alekh.

"Lt. Sharma kya appko time mila security plan study karna ka time mila?" I questioned

"Haan, mila.....kya aapun yeah puch shakta hai ki itna bakwas plan kisnay banaya" He said taking me by surprise

"Like always, plan to Maj. Nair aur BC mera matlab Brig. Chandok na banaya, kyu koi problem hai" I said worried

"Bohot hi bada locha hai ma'am" He said opening the file and right then Rajveer walked in and said:

"Problem toh woh file mein bhi hai jo tumne mujhe diya tha"

"Kya matlab" I questioned

"Yeah raha" He said handing me the file. Looking over it my eyes widened and I was overcome with shock.

I passed the file to Alekh and said "God itna bada galti kaisay ho shakta hai......this seems so impossible."

"Kisi ne yeah impossible ko possible kar dala" Alekh said handing the paper back to me.

"Guys yeahh bohot badi problem hai.......yaha abhi jo bhi discuss honay wala hai woh bahar tak nahi pooachna chayae" I stated and began discussing security plan and further preparations.

Outside the room there was someone standing there with their ears to the wall listening to conversation happening inside and when she turns around we can see it's Sherry!!!!

Hey guys, sorry for late update. I know some of you are expecting long and regular updates but I don't think that will be possible for me to do that immediately so please expect irregular updates of varying lengths. And please don't think that this is so because I am not committed to this book, because I am but I also have a lot of other prior commitments. I know you all will understand

Also, a huge coagulation to LRL and us, fan, for its LRL officially turning 11. Cannot believe it has been that long since the best show in the history with the most amazing incomplete love story first began.
