While in the boat Will sees a skull under the water

"What Code is Gibbs to keep to if the worst should happen?"

"Pirate's Code. Any man that falls behind...is left behind."

Jack says

"No heroes amongst thieves, eh?"

"You know, for having such a bleak outlook on pirates you're well on your way to becoming one. Sprung a man from jail, commandeered a ship of the Fleet, sailed with a buccaneer crew out of Tortuga ...and you're completely obsessed with treasure."

"That's not true. I am not obsessed with treasure."

Jack looks at me and smiled

"Not all treasure is silver and gold, mate."

"Gentlemen, the time has come! Our salvation is nigh! Our torment..."

Barbossa starts his speech talking about typical villain things and for once I'm glad for spacing out

I come back to it when Will hits Jack with an oar

"Sorry, Jack. I'm not going to be your leverage. Come on y/n lets go"

I stare at Jack

"Sorry I can't lave him"

"Fine"

While all the commotion is happening I try to wake up Jack

"Captain~ Come on Jack wake up"

I say as I slap him lightly suddenly I have an idea I start kissing him and I can feel him respond I pull away

"Ah~ Come on love again?"

I sigh at the pirate

"Next time I promise"

He kisses me again but I pull away

"Correction next time that you deserve it"

Jack just whines but he gets up Ragetti spots Jack

"You."

" You're supposed to be dead!"

"Am I not?"

He looks down at himself then at me and I just fake a confused expression as to why he is alive

"Oh."

He sees the pistols pointed at us

"Palulay...palu-li-la-la-lulu, parlili... parsnip, pasley, par partner, partner..."

"Parley?"

One of the stupid pirates helps him 'he reminds me of those the Royal Navy guards'

"Parley! That's the one. Parley! Parley!"

"Parley? Down to the depths whatever man that thought up "parley!""

"That would be the French."

Barbossa asks Jack in wonder

"How the blazes did you get off that island?"

"When you marooned me on that godforsaken spit of land, you forgot one very important thing, mate. I'm Captain Jack Sparrow ."

"Ah, well, I won't be making that mistake again."

"And who is the pretty lass?"

I am not intimidated but jack pulls me to his side and wraps his arms around me as if to protect me

"Ah, it doesn't matter anyway.Gents, you all remember Captain Jack Sparrow? Kill them."

the pirates all point their weapons at Jack and me

"The girl's blood didn't work, did it?"

"Hold your fire! You know whose blood we need?"

"I know whose blood ye need."

Right now we are in the Captains cabin of the Black Pearl with Jack trying to negotiate with Barbossa

" So you expect to leave me standing on some beach with nothing but a name and your word it's the one I need and watch you sail away in my ship?"

"No. I expect to leave you standing on some beach with absolutely no name at all, watching us sail away on my ship and then I'll shout the name back to you. Savvy?"

Jack says emphasizing on us 'I like the sound of it'

"But that still leaves us with the problem of me standing on some beach with naught but a name and your word it's the one I need."

"Of the two of us, I am the only one who hasn't committed mutiny, therefore...my word is the one we'll be trusting. Although...I suppose I should be thanking you because, in fact, if you hadn't betrayed me and left me to die, I would have an equal share in that curse, same as you. Funny ol' world, innit? "

Jack says offering him an apple when a random pirate enters the room

"Captain, we're coming up on the Interceptor. "

Jack runs out after Barbossa and stands in front of him at the bow, blocking the view of the Interceptor

"I'm having a thought here, Barbossa. What say we run up a flag of truce? I scurry over to the Interceptor, and I negotiate the return of your medallion, eh? What say you to that?"

Jack now tries desperately as I sigh knowing there is no way to convince him

"Now you see, Jack, that's exactly the attitude that lost you the Pearl. People are easy to search when they're dead. Lock them in the brig."
