Sisterhood Pledge

I, [insert name] , so do solemnly pledge allegiance to the SISTERHOOD:

To uphold the sacredness of The Code, including, but not limited to,

1) Following my dreams and aspirations – no matter how far reaching

2) Smashing the patriarchy

3) Respecting, loving and supporting my fellow Sisters – without reservation

4) To love myself – flaws, weaknesses and quirks - because while I am more than the sum of my parts, my parts are all pretty freaking awesome

I further vow to treat all women as if they were my Sisters, because empowered women should empower women – we shall lead by example.

Because we are stronger together and if we were all as welcoming and embracing as the 'drunk girl in the club bathroom', this world would be a much better place.

But I do so knowing that while all Sisters are women, not all women are capable of being Sisters. And should the need arise to defend myself or the Sisterhood (even if against another woman) – I will literally or figuratively throat punch the bitch.

The way of the Sisterhood is sacred, and no one messes with us.
