"Of course he hates you! If he loved you he wouldn't hurt you!"
Ryan's cries echoed in Theo's ears, words that pushed him over edge. Theo screams
"He loves me, and if you can't see that just leave! I don't even need you anyway! I have Leon!"
Ryan's hurt face made Theo feel terribly bad.
"R-Ryan, I-"
"Fine."
Theo pauses with a small 'huh?'
"Fine. I'll leave. Don't expect me back anytime soon."
With that, Ryan left.

I smile as I see Ryan jog up to my front door, I rush over to open the door.
"Hey, Theo!"
Ryan pulls me into a tight hug. I flinch as the bruise on my abdomen began to softly throb again. He notices and softens his grip.
"Oh, sorry.."
I just smile and return the hug, then look up at him. Ryan shuts the door behind him.
"It's fine."
Ryan just frowned and cupped my left cheek, running his thumb over the fresh bruise that had started to form. His scowl only grew darker.
"Leon did this, didn't he?"
I twiddle my thumbs and looks away.
"No, I fell over. Leon would never hit me.."
Ryan just gives me a blank stare and raises an eyebrow.
"It's me Theo. You know I won't tell a soul."
I sigh and start heading to the living room.
"Yeah, I know. But whatever, what would you like tea or coffee?"
Ryan follows after, answering instantly.
"One coffee, three sugars."
I look over to him as we walk to the kitchen.
"Why do you always have coffee?"
Ryan looks over to me, his brown eyes twinkled with confusion.
"I don't like tea"
