We all have our own breakdowns of all different kinds, that's okay! But we cannot remain there, we must do something that puts us in the right direction to a better future, to a better life! It all starts with choice and action to make the first step. Which is asking/seeking help, but seeing that as a sign of strength, not weakness.
If you are mentally ill, don't see this act as a weakness, it's a strength. But don't just believe that, believe that you are rather more to say, sick, not weak; like the organization helping with ending the stigma around mental illness.
