After what happened in the training room I didn't know if I should tell them about it I mean the only time my wolf did really talk to me was when I found out about Xavier being my Mate and when I came back again other than that she doesn't really talk much .
"What're you thinking about ?" Xavier asked
"nothing much" I said
"I heard her you know"
"heard what ?"
"you're wolf"
"what about her ?"
"I know she tried to come out"
"yeah but that didn't work"
"I know that but maybe you could try to let her out again"
"it didn't work the last time I tried so what makes you think it's gonna work now ?"
"I don't know Jane"
"look we both know that the only way for me to let her out is if we Mate or if you mark me and we both know I'm not ready for any of that yet"
"I know that Jay but what if there's another way ?"
"I've never heard of that before"
"that's why I'm telling you we should try"
"I don't know X"
"come on you're not gonna lose anything and I'll help" he pulled me with him to the backyard
"X I'm not sure this is gonna work"
"just trust me I know it will"
"okay so how do I do this ?"
"you have to get angry"
"yeah but the last time I did that I almost burned you"
"you're not gonna hurt me and I don't want you to think about the fire think about the wolf do you remember what she looked like ?" I nodded "then think about that about running jumping all of the things you can do as a wolf" he started to take his clothes off
"what the hell are you doing ?"
"I'm shifting" I looked away "no look at me I want you to see how it's done" so turned again so now I'm looking at him "okay first you have to think about something that you really hate or think about pain anything that will make you want to shift" I nodded and started remembering my first shift I did that for Jen because she was getting hurt that was the only time I ever shifted but that's not gonna help me now because she's not here but I know she's getting hurt so I closed my eyes and growled
"louder Jane ... think about the one thing that will make you shift" he said so I started thinking about the things Cat's doing to her compiling her hurting her but that didn't make me angry that made me sad so it didn't work .
"Jane don't think about the things that make you sad think about the things that make you mad" Xavier said
"I'm trying" I growled my eyes glowing red
"keep going" he said I started to think about Cat and how much I want to kill that Bitch and the next thing I know my bones are braking and I started screaming Xavier ran to my side
"it's okay baby it'll only hurt this time" he tried to help me but nothing was working this hurts so bad
"what's happening to her ?" I could tell that it was my dad asking
"I think she's shifting" Xavier said
"how did that happen ?" he asked
"I don't know" Xavier said .
