Okay so everyone seen the new star light wondering episode yay right
NO!

They forced Zane Chan so hard and now it's actually a thing great f****** beautiful right

What they have k like 4 things in  common

Cool awesome I can definitely see the chemistry and no way was there actual plot to zene

And no way there was an actual backstory with those two characters nope Gene and Zane never knew each other except for one episode and the entire Phoenix drop High series.....

NO ZANE AND KAWAII CHAN HAVE NO CHEMISTRY
THEY NEVER HAD A BACKSTORY

On the other hand zane and Gene have an immense backstory to each other they'd known each other in high school

Zane had a big crush and was following him around like a puppy Gene didn't accept(which causes him to do things in the future)

Zane stop trying to impress him and goes his own way making a lot more for himself

No one knows what happens in college except that Gene tries to right his wrongs

They reconnect and have a hate relationship although on Gene's side he's always trying to get Zane attention by doing small tactics a child in the second grade would do to their Crush such as be rude to him

BUT NO THERE'S NO CHEMISTRY THERE NOTHING THERE WAS NO BETTER PLOT THEY COULD HAVE TAKEN THERE WAS NO WAY THAT YOU COULD HAVE SEEING JEAN TRYING HIS HARDEST TO GET ZANE TO NOT HATE HIM WHICH WOULD REACH IN ZANE THINKING ABOUT THE PAST AND HOW HE HAD FALLEN IN LOVE WITH HIM AND GENE'S SLOWLY TRYING TO MAKE HIS WAY TO TRYING TO GET THAT LOVE BACK FROM ZANE BUT IT'S HARD BECAUSE HE HURT HIM SO BADLY SO HE WANTS ZANE TO HURT HIM JUST AS BAD AS HE HURT ZANE WHICH WOULD REACH IN ZANE NOT WANTING TO HURT PEOPLE AND HIM WANTING TO CHANGE AND GENE REALIZING HE WAS FORCING AGAIN
THEM HAVING A SENTIMENTAL MOMENT AND GENE FINALLY CONFESSING THAT HE WANTS THE LOVE THAT ZANE OFFERED HIM BUT WAS TOO STUPID TO GET IT BECAUSE HE WAS BLINDED BY OTHER THINGS AND COULDN'T SEE THAT ZANE WANTED NOTHING BUT TO LOVE SUPPORT AND HELP GENE
REACHING
IN A BETTER STORY MORE CHEMISTRY AND A LONGER RELATIONSHIP

No they thought Zane likes cute things Kawaii Chan likes emo guys let's put them together because f*** it right

I HATE GAY BAITING WITH A FURY OF A THOUSAND SUNS
THEY OBVIOUSLY KNEW THAT THEY WERE MAKING ZANE LOOK LIKE A FANBOY TOWARDS GENE BUT NO LET'S JUST MAKE HIM STRAIGHT IN THE END BECAUSE LOGIC

All I'm saying is that there was no backstory there was nothing they just rushed something into this I would have said the same for any other ship

Take what happened with  Katelyn and Travis I wouldn't have mind if they got together because they actually have a backstory Travis like the Katelyn all through High School and Katelyn obviously didn't understand this and merely rejected him but Travis kept trying and he still kept trying throughout the years that's why I'm okay with the ship

But for Zane and Kawaii Chan there is no back story there's nothing Zane only  hang out with Kawaii Chan because Zane wanted to make more friends because aphmau wanted him to and because they have 4 thingz 4 THINGS IN COMMON
They get slapped together great aphmau no plot to it just that Zane helped Kawaii Chan Chan out GREAT PERFECT PEACHY 10 OUT OF 10

Honestly I'm not watching start late anymore I hate when things are forced and have no backstory

I honestly I'm just furious right now I was having a bad day and I'm having a worse one sorry you had to listen to me rant but seriously things need to have a backstory of you can't just slap something together
