"Hysterical amnesia?" Om asks outraged. "What the hell is that?"

"Calm down, Om." Shivaay tells him gently.

"Something happened that shook her. The shock of that caused it." Doctor explains.

"What could have happened?"

"How will I know that?" Doctor asks back.

"What is the cure?" Shivaay asks.

"There isn't much we can do. I can prescribe some medicines."

"How long is her condition going to last?" Shivaay asks.

"I can't give a time period. It lasts from minutes to days. She just woke up an hour ago."

Om and Shivaay walks back into the room. They find Gauri sitting up on her bed resting with her eyes closed.

Hearing them, Gauri opens her eyes. Then she turns to look at Om. "Where did you go?"

"Doctor." Om replies as he tried to study her face. He still couldn't believe that she forgot everything.
How is that possible? How did she forget me?

"Stay with me. Don't go anywhere." Gauri tells him as she took his hand and held tight.

And she has become clingy.

"We are taking you home, Gauri." Shivaay tells her.

"Home?" Gauri asks confused.

"They are discharging you. And you will get better treatment in Mumbai." Shivaay informs her.

"Mumbai?"

"You do remember Oberoi Mansion, don't you?" Om asks her.

Gauri shakes her head in negative. "What is that?"

"It's home, Gauri. Don't worry, it will all come back to you." Shivaay tells her.

"Who all are there at home?" Gauri asks Om as they headed home.

"Dadi, Bua Ma, my parents, my brother, my sister, Shivaay's parents and his wife." Om tells her.

"Who all do I have?" Gauri asks him curiously.

"Mother."

"and?"

"Some uncle and aunt. That is all."

"Oh! Where are they?"

"Bareilly."

"Why didn't they come to see me?" Gauri asks curiously.

"We told them that you were fine and not to come." Shivaay lies, not knowing where her mother was still, and until the police locates her, he didn't think it was safe to tell Gauri the truth.

"Oh... I see... everybody calls you Om?"

"You remember?" Omkara asks her suspiciously.

"No, I heard him call you that."

"So, you don't remember anything?"

"Stop pressurizing her, Om. Don't stress her. She will eventually remember everything." Shivaay scolds Om.

"It's okay, Shivaay. He is worried."

"You call him bade bhaiyya." Om tells her angrily.

"Oh! I am so sorry, bade bhaiyya." Gauri quickly apologizes. "You see, I don't remember anything."

"No worries, Gauri." Shivaay tells her smiling.

"You should have told me." Gauri softly scolds Om.

"You didn't ask me." Om replies irately.
