Do you have any suggestions for art programs, I like the one I have but it's 5 bucks for layers and the extension pack? Should I consider getting this? Bc I'm not able to download anything on to my terrible computer lol but if someone can halp plz do. I still enjoy pencil art too so any suggestions what I should use? Like an outlining pen, markers? Stufff like that, I do have colored pencils and nice drawing pencils already but give me your suggetions Kay
