So since its still summer and still hot our Reimu hangs the dead body of Cirno up on the ceiling of the Hakurei shrine cause cold Air still comes out her body for a few hours even after death and after she reformed the still alive Cirno came to the shrine and saw her dead body in the ceiling.
And then her dead body transformed into this creature!
