It was the next day in the world of Fantasia. Arion now had his final destination in mind...Arthur's castle. The castle would be the home of the map which would lead him to the lair of the hidden King. Once there he'll be able to find the core of the world...however his attention was the fake Arthur who resides at the castle.
Arion has rescued the real Arthur, and after making good friends spends the morning in Fantasia. Arion was conversing with Arthur outside the inn "...so that brown liquid they drunk was coffee?"
"yes that's right" replied Arion "It's a bit stronger than Tea, and helps you keep awake at night. Good for those who need to perk up"
"I always found the taste to be somewhat bitter...but almost pleasant"
"I can't stand the smell myself. I prefer some hot chocolate"
"Hot...chocolate?"
"Oh sorry. It's a very sweet but warm drink. It's very nice" a different voice spoke
"then you'll have to show me sometime"
Arion turned to Zophia who came out herself "good morning Zophia, did you sleep alright?"
"Yeah, I slept really well" said Zophia "I hope you're ready for the day that lies ahead. You are to head to Lord Arthur's castle, and retrieve the map of the lost king"
"how does that make you feel Arion?" said Arthur
"hmm...two parts excitement, and one part worry" replied Arion "No-one who has come on the adventure...and reached as far as this. Me and Sheena, or Claire, are the only ones to ever beaten the fourth guardian...so it's sort of exciting to see what lies ahead"
Arthur folded his armoured covered arms "it must be quite thrilling, to see what lies beyond that hill. And what's the second part?"
"I suppose seeing what your homes looks like" said Arion "it's naturally the only unexplored area of the world. And there ties the worry...Dark Arthur. I mean I wouldn't mind challenging you...sir...it's just..."
"You are excited by the weapon...but not by the owner. The same sword can be a different weapon when wielded by another" Zophia looked a bit serious
"We can't forget the evil which has corrupted this world" said Zophia "In the form of that witch woman Noire"
Arthur then smiled "that is why there is no need to worry. I shall challenge this dark imposter myself"
"now that I won't mind seeing" said Arion somewhat excitedly "seeing the lord Arthur in combat" Arthur heartily laughed
"I promise my boy I won't disappoint" Arthur then turned to the "Oh greetings to you Ms on this fine morning" they turned to Alise who came out after doing a small stretch
"Good morning to you all" said Alise with a smile, mildly blushing at Arion "are we all ready to go?"
"we just have to wait for Sheena" said Arion "she should be arriving soon"
"Then why don't we wait in the main plaza?" said Sheena "that way we can spot her easier"
The four of them waited in the plaza and saw the rather quiet town around him. Alise looked a bit depressed "the town seems very empty now. Before it used to be so full of life...and now there's hardly anyone here"
"Because for most, they are either afraid...or have succumbed to EGQ syndrome" said Arion
"EGQ syndrome?" said Arthur "Is that some kind of illness?"
