My answer is simple.

I'll change the charge of an electron.

The charge of an electron is 1.6021766 x 10^-19 Columbs.

As I've all the power with me, if I can change it by even very negligible amount, say 1.6021762 x 10^-19 Columbs, an atom will collapse due to difference in charges between protons and electrons.

The collapse of atom would mean collapse of a molecule, collapse of a molecule is destruction of a structure, and ultimately the entire universe is devastated.
