• Lex being very protective over you
• Not letting any other man talk to you
• When making his speeches he sometimes has a mental breakdown and forgets his words because he was trying so hard to impress you
• Him always thinking you so fragile and needs to be protected from the world
• Sitting in bed together at 1:00am and talking about anything and everything when he comes home late from working
• You and Lex not caring how well you are dressed at his parties because you know if anyone even tries to bring down your mood Lex will make sure they will regret it
• Lex always buying you extravagant gifts like some of the world most luxurious ball gowns to the most sparkly diamond necklace
• You having to comfort him (gladly) day and night if he gets nightmares or flashbacks of his father
• You two always playing with each others hair, Lex's favorite hairstyle you give him is pigtails (though he'll never admit it)
• Rather than going to fancy restaurants for a date, he'd rather cook a meal himself, set the table himself, ect. That is you favorite date from Lex because you know he did all of this himself to impress you
• Sooooo many forehead and hand kisses. He likes to be gentleman around you
• Lex making sure you go no where near the Superman hearing
• You hearing about the explosion on the news and almost crying of worry for Lex
• When he comes home he see's you in his fathers office wrapped up in a blanket watching the news
• He comforts you till you fall asleep, while he runs his fingers through you hair telling you that he will always be there for you
• Him trying to hide his Superman project from you
• You find out about it and your not sure how to deal with it, it wasn't about what he wanted to do with superman, but the fact he tried to hide this from you was what hurt the most (A/N Is whats sooooo closeeeee, country music tho)
• "Please, Y/N I just wanted to protect you I don't want you to get hurt because of me, don't leave please, I love you too much to let you go"
• You finally giving in and staying, but making Lex promise too never ever hide anything from you again
• Lex making sure no one can get to you when the fight night comes
• You visiting him almost every day at Arkham
• "I promise, Y/N I will get out of here. For you"
