Hank Pym tells Howard Stark and Peggy Carter that he's leaving SHIELD. Janet Pym is already gone.
Later, black & white footage is shown of him kicking ass somewhere in Europe while wearing his shrinking suit. It is related that his wife, Janet, shrunk to subatomic size to stop a nuke around the same time and was never heard from again.
Present day: when Scott Lang suggests they go to the Avengers for help, Hank says, "they must already have their hands busy throwing cities out of the sky..."
A man on a trolley is reading The San Francisco Chronicle with the headline, "Who's to blame for Sokovia?"

Falcon is at the renovated New Avengers facility. Last seen at the end of AoU, he was about to start training there as an official Avenger. Here, he's testing out his new wings and other gadgetry with an unnamed operative helping out over the comm.
The female "guerilla" reporter at the end of the film tells Sam Wilson (in Luis's words) she knows of a superhero who "swings" and one who "crawls up the walls." One or both of these hints has to be Spider-Man.
The film ends with the idea that Sam Wilson now knows who Ant-Man is and where to find him.
Conclusion: I wish Luis was Ant-Man.
