Chapter 5: Their Bet

"Quit teasing me!" You ran around dodging Sanji as he called you 'Cherry' for how red faced you got inside the store.

"Awe quit running away my princess! I can't help how cute you are!!!" Sanji kept chasing after you swooning over your beauty and overall cuteness.

"I will never understand the younger generation" Robin giggled.

"You're only 27..." Nami objected.

"Yes ten years older than our captain" Nami gave in letting Robin think however she wanted to.

"They took my hat..." Luffy poured following the girls.

"You'll get it back you idiot" Nami smacked Luffy. Luffy as usual didn't mind the abuse. And resumed watching Sanji chase after one of the many girls of his dreams.

"Is it just me or are Sanji and (Y/n).... Together?" Luffy tilted his head and clasped his hands together confused.

"I've got to admit, I think Sanji has finally found a girl perfect for him. She actually adores his complements, and dare I say it. I think she likes him back" Nami explained her point of view on your relationship with the cook of the crew. Which ultimately backed Luffy up.

"So am I wrong?" Luffy scratched his head.

"I honestly think they are both messing around." Robin huffed crossing her arms. "I think our princess has fallen for his needy charm"

"Robin!" Nami snapped.

"Come on, name one girl who hasn't fallen for his charms?" Robin hummed. Nami rose a hand pointing at herself. "And not yourself" Nami slumped.

"Well Robin this is different. I mean she came to us, and chose to be closest to Sanji out of everyone on the Sunny. I feel like there's something there" Nami was backing herself up trying her hardest to not be proved wrong. She wanted this for the both of you.

"Navigator... Its only been a week since she's joined" Robin sighed in irritation.

"So?" Luffy caught their attention. "They seem legit to me. Unless I have this whole love thing messed up and Zoro and Sanji are actually together" Luffy admits hoping the girls would answer him on if he was right or wrong.

"Luffy you aren't confused" Nami pats his shoulder.

"Yay!" Luffy cheered.

"Swordsman and Cook are more likely to happen than Princess and Cook" Robin disagreed big time.

"Well me and Luffy disagree!" Nami stood her ground.

"We all have our opinions" Robin pushed the couple aside continuing her stroll back to the Sunny.

Nami caught Robin by her sleeve pulling her back. "Lets bet on it! Since you look so certain"

"So what are we betting?" Robin asked interested in the offer.

"If Sanji and (Y/n) end up together... You owe me one million bellies" Nami said after some thinking.

"And I want some meat" Luffy chuckled.

"Alright, and if Swordsman and Cook become a thing. You must erase the debt of everyone on the crew" Nami broke hearing her part of the bargain. But shaped up feeling how confident she was in you and Sanji.

"Okay if Sanji and (Y/n) become a thing you owe me and Luffy a meat feast and one million bellies. If Zoro and Sanji become a couple instead then I will erase everyone's debt" Nami puts out a hand.

"Its a deal" Robin shaked her hand setting the contract in stone.

"Nami can you buy me some food? I'm starving" Luffy rubbed his toned stomach as it growled.

"Sure, I'll buy lunch if you don't run me dry" Nami told Luffy and surprisingly he complied bolting off to the nearest restaurant.

"Ah!" You squeaked getting tugged off to the side by your waist.

"I finally caught you my princess" Sanji awed hugging you around the waist.

"But I'm running in a dress. You had the upper hand" you whined looking over your shoulder at the blonde captor. As your hair fell into your face all beaten by the wind from your little run off.

"I'm wearing a suit so if anything we were equally restrained" Sanji corrected you letting you go.

"I must be out of shape then" you laughed at yourself putting Luffy's prized hat back on top of your head from the string that kept it around your neck.

"But you're in the perfect shape for me" Sanji swooned over you again due to his pervertedness.

"Not what I meant... But I'll take the complement" you gave a thumbs up then fixed the skirt of your dress. "Hey where's everyone else?" You began to worry since you've been running from Sanji for the last ten minutes or so. You knew very well that the rest of the group were long gone.

"Oh yeah... I don't know" Sanji admits as he gave a quick search of the area. "Lets head back to the Sunny then. I can prepare a lunch for us"

"Well alrighty then" you spun on your heel walking in the same direction as Sanji back to the ship.

"Hey why is Luffy in a dress?" You heard from behind. You turned your head as Usopp's expression went from confused to panicked. "Oops sorry (Y/n)!" He quickly apologizes.

"Oh don't mention it" you giggled as Usopp took the empty place to your right.

"Wow so beautiful" Chopper hopped onto your back.

"I know. She's such a beauty" Sanji swooned yet again but this time in more control and more on earth.

"Oh stop it" the sudden barrage of complements made your cheeks burn hard in embarrassment.

"But why?" Chopper whined.

"I can't handle complements very well. Its easy for me to get so full of myself so I have to fight the urge" you tried your hardest in explaining why the complements made it hard on you. But in the long run made yourself sound like a girl obsessed with her own beauty.

"Come on I want to see your cherry face again" Sanji teased.

"Knock it off!" You whined pushing down on the rim of the straw hat to try and cover your face.

"Cherry face!" Usopp and Chopper joined in.

"Cherry face come on lets see that cherry face" Sanji continued to tease and tease resulting in you running off again like earlier. "Hey I caught you once and I can do it again" Sanji threw the bags at Usopp running off after you once more.

Usopp pulled a carrot out of one of the shopping bags taking a bite. "Lovebirds" he shaked his head smiling smuggly.
