jackson wang and mark tuan were burned at the stake on october 31st, 1952. while the chants of the crowd had gotten louder and louder, mark and jackson held each other's hands even after they were burned to death, silent, unflinching in their eye contact with each other. a small section of priests along with a woman at the church had unanimously decided to not attend this event in that they believed it was a sign of the end of morality and jesus' plan for the church. they later became some of the first supporters and activists of the gay rights movement.

the old man priest was the leader of the church at the time which was later busted for having ritualistic examples of its monks, the priest being caught sacrificing a younger monk to the devil in exchange for the love of men. he was sentenced to death along with several other monks for committing mass murder, killing at least 57 of his monks over the years. the church was shut down immediately, and later bulldozed and converted into a shopping mall.

the myths do not end here, however. many people who visit this mall, which is now a hot spot for commercialism, state that they often see a couple dressed in religious clothing walking around the storefronts, holding hands and kissing each other, acting as if no one was watching. no one has ever spoken to them, for fear of disturbing something innocent and pure.
