I shove the knife into his chest, pulling back in horror as those golden eyes meet my own.

I watch as he grabs ahold of the handle of the knife wedged between his ribs. He pulls it out, showing no sign of pain as he throws the bloody knife upon the ground.

"You're not part of the Mafia," I whisper in shock as he tilts his head to the side and watches me.

"No, sweetheart," he informs, backing me against the wall. "I'm worse than the mafia."
