Mac and cheese

Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni (or any pasta of your choice)
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper
2 cups cheese of any kind (mozzarella, Swiss)

Procedure:
In a sauce pan, melt in your butter at a very low heat. As soon as the butter is melted add in the flour. Don't let the butter get brown. Once you addd the flour, whisk it very fast and keep whisking until there are no lumps. Then, slowly add in the milk a little at a time while constantly and quickly whisking. Once all the milk is in, whisk fast for 7 mins . At this point you can also add in salt and pepper for taste, but you might need someone else's help because you cannot take your hands off the whisk. Once the 7 mins is over, and there are no lumps, add in your cheese and turn the heat off. Mix the cheese into the mixture until it is completely melted. The sauce for the mac and cheese is now done. Leave it to the side and then boil your pasta. Once the pasta is done, combine it with the sauce and enjoy
