     Hello, I'm back with another installment of my Kpop Diet book! Today we'll be talking about workouts, because with dieting alone, you will not lose weight as effectively.
    This workout I believe is fairly easy to follow. This is it:

10 Mountain Climbers

Day Two -
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Burpees
10 High Knees

Day Three -
20 Squats
20 Lunges
24 Bridges

Day Four -
REST

Day Five -
40 Second Plank
15 Tricep Dips
20 Mountain Climbers

Day Six -
25 Jumping Jacks
20 Burpees
20 High Knees

Day Seven -
25 Bridges
30 Squats
30 Lunges

Day Eight -
REST

Day Nine -
60 Second Plank
25 Tricep Dips
25 Mountain Climbers

Day Ten -
30 Jumping Jacks

Day Eleven -
