I get my phone off the table and check the time. It's 6:15. Since I'm up I might as well get ready.🤷🏾♂️ I carefully try to put her down but she won't let me and she grips me tighter.
"Taylor we need to get ready for school" I say.
She groans then sighs and gets off me.
"Come on we've got school" I say as I walk into my bathroom then shut the door.

School's over now and I'm back home. I really miss Lyric so I decide to go see her.
I ring the doorbell and Lyric opens the door.
"Hey baby" she hugs me tight.
"Hey beautiful" I smile and hug her back.
"I missed you soo much" she says as we sit down on the couch.
"I missed you too."
"So how was school without me?" She asks.
"It wasn't the same. Usually I know that you'll be there to keep me happy" I say holding her hand.
"Aww well you should come see me more🙁 I'm not allowed to go anywhere for the rest of the week because I'm still grounded.
