I instantly feel myself sober up. "M-Myles...Ok, I can explain." I say.

He stares at me for a while, getting madder by the second, but no words manage to leave my mouth.

"I fucking knew there was sum going on between y'all! 😡 I shoulda listened to my gut!!" He starts walking over to EJ but I stop him.

"Myles stop!"

"Why should I?!"

"I don't want you to hurt him." My eyes start to well up.

"Wow...So this is what you want?" He asks.

"What? Nooo! EJ is nothing more than a friend, I only want you!"

"Then why the fuck were you just making out with him?!" He asks.

"Goodbye Lyric." He shakes his head then leaves the house.

I can't believe she cheated on me. I always thought I'd be the one to fuck up our relationship...guess I was wrong.

I'm laying on my bed at my mom's house staring at the wall waiting for morning to come. I don't feel like doing anything. I don't feel like eating anything. I don't feel like thinking about anything.

What's the point ?

Knock knock.

"Hmm?" I groan.

"Myles it's Asia...everything ok?" She asks.

"I'm fine." I mumble.

She opens the door and peeks round it.

"Aw Myles what's wrong ?" She says entering the room fully.

"...Lyric just cheated on me with her so called 'boy bestfriend' " I explain.

"What? Are you sure it was her?"

"Yep ."

"Aw I'm sorry boo..." She hugs me as a tear escapes from my eye .

"I thought she loved me..."

"I'm sure she does, she probably just made a mistake that's all ..."

I sigh .

"You need to take your mind off her. What happened, happened. And there's nothing you can do about it so don't beat yourself up ok? Distract yourself." She suggests.

"Aight. Ima go take a walk, you want anything?" I ask standing up.

"Nah I'm good thanks. Enjoy your walk." She says before leaving the room.
