So... I wanted to dye my hair blue (just the tips)
So I bought the stuff.. but as you can see there's no dye. that's 'cause the person I was with thought that the Epsa thing was freaking hair dye, no, it's just a hair coloring cream...
I only bought those two, it cost me less than a hundred pesos, pretty cheap but realy cool (plus it's safe)
So I just mixed that three things since... I dunno.. I just realized that it wasn't hair dye when I poured it into a bowl.
it turned into this.
