"So have you thought of any names?" Asked tessa
I just looked at her and looked back down at the bed , then Dr Eva showed up
"Hi Lexi, I've got some bad news for you" said the nurse
"What is it?" Asked Logan
"Sadly your daughter silently and peacefully passed away at 5: 36 Am " said Dr Eva
My heart broke , I felt as if my whole world HAD fallen apart, what's everybody going to think?
"We have organised for the care box to be made , do you want to hold her?" Asked Dr Eva
"Yea" I said
"Okay I will bring her here , I must warn you though she is very small and she will feel a little cold" said Dr Eva
"Okay" I said as Dr Eva left
"Are you sure you want this lexi?" Asked Logan
"Yes why would I she's my daughter dead of alive " I said
"Okay then" said logan as Dr Eva came into the room pushing a small bed fit for a baby.
"Here you go" said Dr EVA as she passed me Her
When I held her she was so small
After 20 minutes of holding her my dad asked me if I was okay
"Yeah" I said
"Lexi, we are allowing you to be discharged by 3pm " said Dr Eva
"Okay" I said as I put my Daughter back in her baby cot
"In about 5 minutes a different nurse will come in followed by social services to plan the funeral and to have a chat with you" said Dr Eva as she started leaving
"Okay" said my dad as I laid back down on my side
"You okay?" Asked tessa as she walked next to me
"Yeah I'll be fine" I said as a nurse came in and sat at the end of my bed
"Hi Lexi, my names Carol and I'm going to be helping you and your parents plan the funeral for your daughter" said carol
"Okay" said logan
" So are you wanting to host a hospital funeral or a private funeral?" Asked carol
"I don't kn-" I said before I was cut off by my dad
"She's having a private funeral " said logan
"Okay then, well if you like I can organise it for you? Basically I jut write everything down that you want and then I send it away to your chosen funeral company and they start preparing for it" said Carol
"Okay" I said
"I've got the form and questions for you now so I will leave the form with you and come back later on for it " said Carol as she gave me a sheet of paper with questions on
"What are the questions?" Asked jake
"None of your business " I said
"Lexi pack it in, I know you've had a hard and stressful day but he was only caring okay" said my dad
"Fine" I said to my dad
