Poem 28: One Word

65 8 8

The ink lost it colors,

The papers are faded,

The eyes are melting with tears,

The body is mumbling,

and the hands are being numb.

It took days before I wrote a single letter or word,

I tend to make moves to make a perfect blend,

I searched for a word, which I think is missing,

I gaped everywhere to put the perfect introduction,

But I can't find any words or lines more than the word "I".

I, I started the line from a single word, "I"

I, who envision to succeed,

I, who tried to test charms and magic,

I, who wish upon the genie,

I, who catch the shooting stars.

Then I found out that the word 'I' is so greedy,

How could I reflect myself for such creativity,

I will not be as equal as him nor more than him,

That word will never be as effective as what he is,

So, let's try make a search for that one word.

The lines seem so not enough,

I asked about the fortune cookie,

Or a fortune teller instead,

But it seems nothing can fit that word could be,

I lose my control to find the best for his dignity.

The best word for his supremacy,

The best word for his eternity,

The best for any kinds of mystery,

The best for more than the words I would think,

It test all my agility.

I came up with these lines:

For any kinds of luxury,

For any kinds of popularity,

For any kinds that would vitiate his dignity,

But it can question the existency.

No words nor eyes could ever see,

No ears nor tongue can ever taste,

No hands nor no nose can ever smell,

Then I found out this word to all the questions that could possibly,

This word without any scientific basis can ever be.

This is the word which will not follow
what is said by your brain or senses,

This is just a five-letter word,

This word would be questionable nor believable,

This word could be reasonable nor dabatable,

This word is none other than Faith.
