Once upon a time

there was a lonely matchstick;

go in the left

and proceed with the right.

He turned off the light

then turned on again.

His life was not like

a happy fairy tail at all.

He has no castle nor kingdom

nor princess or queen

nor unicorn or dragon,

what he had is just a quill.

He saw a paper and started to think

on what he can do with that empty sheet.

Then saw a book

which flickered a lamp.

But no one read it,

no one noticed.

But that's what happened

during the week of one.

A flag with star noticed his spark

who gave gifts like cloud, sky and sweets.

Many people tried to gape

and have a glance on his work.

A mother with a name for insane

presented a giant sword from Britain.

Delighted by a cat with silver skin

and announced as a winner by kings and queens.

The matchstick ended a happy journey

and tried to go back

with his three stars country

to make a new way adventure.
