Kinda long chapter
makes absolutely no sense like what the heck Raquel anyway enjoy, lol

"We should have a family dinner together!" Raquel exclaimed suddenly. "A...family dinner?" David repeated slowly. "Yes, it would be nice to just forget about all the paranormal drama" Raquel said. I nodded and let out an unimpressive Raquel sigh.
Sure, as long as it would get me away from those Paranormals down at the pond, waiting for me to return them home. Ugh. Raquel looked over and smiled at me, "Why don't you invite Reth?" I looked at her in disbelief.
"WHAT WHY?!" I shouted. "Well, it seems like your relationship with him has been improving. Maybe he's changed. Anyway, I need to talk to him and he just keeps avoiding me." I rolled my eyes. Raquel's crazy, but it didn't matter. I spun on my heel and began walking away. "Ugh, fine!" I said, stalking off to go find him.
When I walked out of the front door, he was already there waiting for me, his wheat coloured hair perfect and his large, golden eyes looking at me with a smile. "I felt you needed me, my love" he said, his perfect, golden voice slightly pissing me off. I scowled. "Whatever, Raquel wants you to come to some stupid 'family dinner' thing. Apparently she needs to talk to you" I said.
"My love, that scowl doesn't do you any favours" His comment made me scowl even more. "Are you coming?" I asked angrily. "Well, as a faerie, you could say 'Dinner' isn't really my thing" He smiled. His warm, perfect smile almost drew me in more, but I shook off the feeling. "But, if I must attend to please you, then I will" I rolled my eyes. "Great, come to our house at 6:30, bye!" I turned and stomped off.
I sat on the couch in the living room, my arms folded as I fumed. What. The. Bleep. Raquel, David, Lend, Jack and Arianna were all already all in the dining room, having dinner together as I sat out here. I refuse! I say refuse! To participate in this stupid get together with Reth. As he came into the house, I hid upstairs in Lend's room. Raquel had knocked on the door, trying to get me to come down and have dinner, but I refuse to sit at the same table as him. Even if he had helped me save Lend. Maybe instead of him, I should be angrier at Raquel...But it seemed easier to blame Reth for everything.
#BlameJason is quaking at #BlameReth. Ugh. Eventually, I drifted down to the couch, and here I am. "...I'm sorry about this, I don't know what's gotten into her" Raquel sighed. Ugh! They better not be talking about me. I silently, crept off of the couch and over to the closed door that lead to the dining room. "That's okay, Evelyn has always been like this" Came that beautiful golden voice. 'That's it!" I heard myself shriek, and I bust through the door.
I watched the room, everyone's faces registering surprise. Everyone's including my boyfriends. His head suddenly dropped, face landing head first into his plate of mashed potatoes. "Oops" I said.
Oh yeah, I guess I forgot about that curse the dark faerie queen put on him. Yikes. The table was set, filled with plates of food and drinks, a vase with an explosion of bright purple flowers in the centre. I sat in a chair at the end of the table, hugging my legs to my chest. Raquel sat on the other side, letting out an evie evie evie sigh at my 'impolite' actions. Ugh, talk about annoying. I watched jack who was sitting next to Lend, grin as he poked my now invisible Lend.
Raquel sighed, ignoring Lend who had passed out cold into his dinner. I rolled my eyes, and slammed moodily into the free chair at the end of the table. "Stop being such a brat" Arianna glared at me. "Now now, Evelyn, calm down" Reth's smooth, voice came. "No!" I yelled, jumping onto my feet. "You're a bleeping faerie, you don't even eat food! Why are you here?" Without thinking I grabbed one of the slices of bread on the table. "You wouldn't dare-"
Too late.
I had already flung it at him. He dodged, jerking in an almost unnatural, and inhuman way. He missed the bread by a second as it hit the wall behind him. His perfect eyes glared at me. "Evelyn, my love...Please tell me you did not just do that" He said. I heard trembling anger in his beautiful, terrifying voice. I cringed. Well then, there's only one more thing to do. Another piece of flying bread narrowly missed him, and another. "Cool! I wanna join!" Jack grinned and flung more at Reth who dodged cooly. He glared at us.
"Hey, Hey Jack" I whispered
"Yeah..."
"WE'RE SCREWED!"
