Short Horror Poem
Dark
No lights, no torch in the dark
In the forest, hitting some barks
Seeing some things with a cold stare
Their eyes like a burning flare
A guide by the light in your way
A foggy park where you once stay
Tears falling down your face
You quickly ran as you remember the days
Walking pass the withered willows
Seeing a wooden abandoned bungalow
Straight forward; twigs hitting your foot
And the house surrounded by thick roots
Spiders and bats lurking in the dark
You remember this place as a mark
But it's forgotten long ago
There were knives placed there too
A bone piled in a sacred cabinet
And rusting wires made of lead
You walked out in a loud crying sound
The bones slowly engulfed by the melting ground
Walking to the same path
You saw a road and it's blocked
The sign saying this place is secured
There's a car empty outside, Yet you assured
Inside it, a phone was found
It's full of messages unfound
The lights slowly appeared
Everything is now clear
You began to realize the clues
That's the place where you cry
The place where someone killed you
The place where you died...
Dedicated to the lost souls that were once a human but brutally killed.. May these people rest in peace and find their way back to heaven..
