"Was that Human Heart?"Shivaay asked being in the hug
"Ofcourse"Anika replied
"It looks like that? So complicated. I saw it. Wo aisa nahi hota wo tou..."He broke the hug and said
"Yeah!Yeah. I know. Non-Medical students aise hi boltay hain.
"If u have studied biology so u would have understood my medical proposaland the diagram as well"Anika replie
"Ab mujhe kia pata tha ky mujhe aik doctor biwi milegi!"Shivaay made innocent faces
"Theek hai. Theek hai. Now let me go. Mujhe Saumya, Ishana aur Prinku se bohat sari baatein karni hai"She said walking away
"How'd u burn the petals?"Shivaay shouted and asked
"I don't know. I asked from Saumya"Anika replied shouting
"U look gorgeous today"Shivaay again shouted and saw Anika turning and smiling at him

Anika had been going to the room when suddenly someone called her out
"Anika"
Anika turned and looked at the person in happiness. She ran over to her and hugged her tightly
"Pinky aunty"
She said hugging her. Pinky hugged her back and carressed her hairs
"Anika tell me something. Did Shivaay confess his love to you?"Pinky asked breaking the hug and held her chin lightly
Anika looked down and blinked her eyes. Pinky smiled looking at her shyness
"U did as well?"Pinky again asked and Anika just nodded her head
"Meri tou wishes hi poori hogayi!"Pinky's voice break a little indicating that she was crying "But u know there was another wish of mine"
"Tell me!"Anika snapped her head and immediately asked
"Call me Maa now Anika. U are my would to be bahu now"Pinky said, her eyes welling up with tears
Anika's eyes became shiny and the tears also spilled on her face
"Maa..."She said and hugged her out of emotions
"Meri beti"Pinky said carressing her back
"Pinky...Anika...stop crying now. It's a happy moment"Jhanvi's voice hit their back and they broke the hug and Pinky wiped her tears
"Jhanvi aunty..."Anika was going to say something when Jhanvi cut her off
"Pinky tumhari maa aur mae aunty?"She asked making a sad face.
Anika's lips curved in a little smile looking at her
"Badimaa"Anika hugged her too and cried a little
"My Anika is so strong"Jhanvi pacified her breaking the hug and wiping her tears
"So if the mother daughter moments are over, papa and badepapa are also are Anika"Anika turned hearing the voice of Shakti
"Won't u hug ur badepapa and papa?"Tej asked and smiled.
Anika also smiled and went to hug them
"Meri piyari beti"Tej kissed her forehead and hugged her
"And I don't wanna see any tears in ur eyes"Although Shakti said that cupping her cheeks but still Anika cried

A little far from there Shivaay saw all of the emotional moments they were. He couldn't help himself smiling seeing their bond.

Om's sketching was almost done with few shadings left over. It was picture of him, Anika and Rudi. Anika had asked it from him as her birthday gift

"Just made me simple sketching of AniOmRu moment O"

Her demand was so simple yet so emotional one. He stopped in between and looked in the air thinking about all the time the three have spended together. They had been a great team from childhood.

Om and Rudi had seen the best and worst of Anika

From the time she came at OM, they had been there for her all the time.
He again looked at his sketch. It was like Om was hugging both Anika and Rudi and both were pulling his hairs. Om's long hair always attracted her.He smiled thinking about the moment. That actually happened.
"Is it completed O?"Rudi's voice broke the chain of thoughts and he cluelessly looked at him
"Hmm?"He asked
"Is it done? Ur sketching?"Rudi again asked and Om nodded in yes
"Just a bit of shadding!"He replied and Rudi blinked his eyes.

Both looked at the door at once as the creaking voice of the door break their trance. There came Shivaay smiling broadly to himself, a bit lost.

"Bhaiya...Bhaiya"Rudi shouted atlast and he came out of the trance "Are u okay?"He asked and Shivaay looked here and there confused
"How'd I come here?"He asked and both OmRu face palmed
"Maybe u apparated. Leave it where were u lost?"Om asked turning on his seat while Shivaay went to sit with Rudi
"Anika...She's just something I can't describe"Shivaay said and smiled again
"Exactly Bhaiya. She's unique and u are saying truth She was something we can't describe"This time Rudi was lost and his voice was saddened
"Shivaay uss ka khayal rakhna hamesha"Om's voice hit Shivaay's ears making him turn towards him
"I will"Shivaay promised and blinked his eyes
"Bohat khayal rakhna bhayya" Rudi said with moist eyes
"I will" Shivaay replied with a smile
"Usko zindagi mien har khushi dena. Kabhi udaas mat honay dena" Om said
"Haan O. I will. Waise is waqt tum mere kam uske bhai ziyada lag rhy ho" Shivaay joked to lighten the mood but he had no idea that he is un aware of something very big related to his love Anika.
"Did she ever tell you about herself Shivaay?"Om asked straightning up
"About herself?"Shivaay was confused at Om's question
"About her past!"Rudi replied
"She told me once"Shivaay told looking at his brothers
"Did she ever tell u about her doing suicide attempts?"Om came and sat with Shivaay
"Yes!"An instant reply came from Shivaay's side "And I felt my heart gripping fear Om"
"Did she tell u why she did that?"Rudi questioned
"She told she felt so alone"Shivaay said
Both of his brother's lips broke into a small smile telling something unusual
Chupa gayi Annika
"No Shivaay!Something else happened"Om shocked Shivaay by his statement
"What had happened with her?"Shivaay's lips tremble a bit
"Something terrible Shivaay which a little child don't want to see"Om took a deep breath telling the details
"She was beaten bhaiya. She was kept starve for days, they made her do all the work and tortured her in different ways"Rudi's eyes welled up
"Who?"Nothing came out from Shivaay's mouth after what his brother told. He felt that someone was doing something to him
But still she never complained nor told anyone what she is going through" Om said with a wounded smile
"Who" Shivaay asked again,desperately,He couldnt utter anything more. He voice was getting numb.

"Her Paternal relatives"Om's voice was low than a whisper
"Why?"A single question everytime which was hurting Shivaay alot
"Bhaiya...Yash uncle was a rich man. Not like us but yeah! A rich one. He had some properties. Before death he named it to Anika didi. His paternal uncle and aunt were cruel people"Rudi paused thinking about something
"When Papa and Chote papa brought Anika here, they claimed for her adoption saying they are her relatives and will take good care of her. We can't do anything. They took Anika with them and phir jo hua Shivaay...that was terrible. Woh sirf Anika ki property lena chahty thay isliye usy sath le gaye.Shru mien tou bohat acha behave kiya k bacchi se baaton baaton mien property apny naam karwa liengy liken jab unhe ye pata chala k jab tak wo 18 ki nahi hoti wo property transfer nahi hosakti aur tab tak wo kuch kar nahi sakte the. So, they tortured her so much. They used to beat her. They used to make her starve for days and when she would faint after that they....Shivaay they locked her in some dark room, they burned her hands when she would do some mistake in any work. Her aunt, she even cut her palms a few times. They told her ky woh manhoos hai aur uss ki wajah se sab marjate hain!"Om's tears was rolling down from his eyes to chin. Rudi was crying as well and Shivaay, he was just listening to Anika. He was not even blinking his eyes and tears were making their way on his face

"Bhaiya Choti maa, if she hadn't requested to meet Anika didi we wouldn't have known her state. We all went there to meet her when we saw her state bhaiya. Forhead bruised, her cheeks that were pink before was showing blue and purple colours indicating that she was slapped numerous times. Her lips bleeding, her hands burned from places and her plam with untended cuts. Eyes swallon with big dark circles under her eyes. Her weight reduced and she looked so weak. She looked nothing but a mess. She hadn't eaten anything for days that's why when we went to meet her she just said hello to choti maa and fainted on her. Choti maa didn't waste a single second bringing her here bhaiya. She tended didi, she stayed up all nights with didi until she was a bit stable. I had seen Choti maa crying sitting beside her. She wouldn't have left her but I and O made her understand. Bhaiya after Anika didi was bit stable we were relaxed but next thing that shocked us was her anxiety and panic attacks"Rudi said and looked at his brother

Shivaay was sitting still and his face was wet with the tears. He was feeling like someone had just stabbed his heart.
The girl who loves spreading smiles all the time have gone through the darkest of times.

A/N:
My tomorrow became Thursday but I can't do anything. I have already told u people about the busyy life of mine.
