She can hear the little bells ringing loudly
And his little paws
Touching the floor
Making silent sounds as he walks sneakily
And runs quickly all around the chilly house

She can hear his nails scratching
Tearing up the burgundy carpet
And his tiny teeth biting on random things

She can feel his fur
And his wet nose
Tickling her cheek
And her neck

And his tongue
Licking her hair
And her shirt
as he slowly falls asleep
On her shoulder

She can feel his slow breathing
And the tears that start dripping from her eyes
His little nails scratch her a bit
And she hold in sobs
He scratches his fur
She scratches her thighs
He licks his fur
She wipes her eyes

No one really cares about her
And the only one who does
Is just a black and white kitten
With a small pink nose
And he doesn't even know
How much she suffers in this world
