I also heard yelling from downstairs but the voices weren't clear but it got louder and. Itch immediately woke up

'What is happening?' He asks

I couldn't speak I just kept breathing heavily and the last time this happened was when my mom abandoned me wait am I having a panic attack?!?!

The door shots open and it was Ashely she had messy hair and her clothes were so messy
