"So... how are we going to do this?"
"We walk."
"Really? Walk?" I sarcastically droned on in a monotone.
"Walk, stride, stroll around," he drawled as he slung a lazy arm around my shoulders before grinning down at me. "Want some ice cream?" He nodded his head towards a nearby ice cream stand.
"You're seriously going for an ice cream. Like, seriously," I deadpanned. Only for a few seconds though. "... is there pistachio?" I added in a whisper.
Resistance was futile.
Yuzuru let out a short laugh before squeezing me closer in a sideways hug. In turn, I wrapped an arm around his waist.
To the outside world, we were like every other couple. Just strolling around, eating our ice creams, minding our own business, and generally having a good time in this November weather.
Like yesteryears, I still remembered the scenery of this place.
The trees were starting to turn into a perfectly delightful mesh of gold, red, and yellow hues, whilst the cool breeze ruffled the leaves that fell on the ground.
