'I just don't get it.'

'Get what?'

'Why does Bakashi have to pry?'

'Maybe he deserves to know.'

'No. He blames himself enough as it is.'

'That may be so, but let him decide.' I sighed. She's almost always right. 'You bet I am.' I sighed again. I'll ask him if he really wants to know but for now I have to decide on flowers. I think some daffodils, orchids, lilies and one dark rose. Daffodils mean rebirth and new beginnings. Orchids say "I will always love you". Lilies symbolize innocence for the souls that have departed. A dark rose means grief and sorrow. 

"You know, standing in the middle of the street will make people think you're crazy." 

"Don't you know, the best people are. What can I do for you Hokage-sama?" 

"It's not what you can do for me, it's what I can do for you." 

"And what could you possibly do for me?" This isn't Hokage-sama.

"I could give you power." Oh fuck no. It's Orochimaru. I ain't dealin' with this shit today. I am planning a funeral.

"That's great but no thanks." I teleported to the Hokage's office and didn't see the Hokage. He came in through the door. 

"I can teach you new jutsus." Oh shit, It really was the Hokage. "Why'd you run?"

"You reminded me of someone from my past with the way you were talking." 

"I take it from your reaction, they were bad." I nodded.

"He.. he was one of the reasons for the war. He was the reason why Sasuke left the village." He was the reason that the love of my life ripped my heart out. "But that's besides the point, you want to teach me?"

"I do. What are your chakra natures?"

"Earth, Water, Yin and Yang at the moment." 

"At the moment?"

"Later." 

"Alright. I can teach you Earth Release: Double Suicide Decapitation Technique (headhunter jutsu), some seals, and Five Elements Unseal." I nodded. "Can you tell me how I died?"

"Why do you wanna know?" 

"Well, if I died saving my village, I'd be happy." He said looking out the window that towers over the village.

"You did. You saved a lot of people and you were smiling. Your funeral was the biggest I'd ever seen." I said, remembering how many people showed up.

"Why won't you tell Kakashi how he died?" I shook my head.

"Because, it was my fault." Hokage-sama turned around shocked.

"But you told me Obito killed him."

"He did." 

"Then what do you mean?"

"I can't. It's not my place to tell." Hokage-sama sighed.

"I understand. Can I know how you died?" I nodded and walked over to the window.

"I was the last one standing." I sighed. "I, like you did, went with a smile on my face. I was so happy. I thought I would get to see them again." Tears were streaming down my face. "I-I hoped that they wouldn't blame me but now I'll never know. Yes, I was, am strong but I couldn't save them. Naruto became Hokage but lost his wife and child right afterwards. Sasuke killed his brother but regretted it later. Kakashi treasured his team but his team let him down. I let him down. I let them down."
