Ruby's pov
Me and my team were sitting in our room watching tv, I was on my bed whilst Yang sat on the ground and Weiss and Blake were sitting on the couch
News broadcaster:...and in other news, yet another atlas solider has been assassinated. Authorities are still not sure who's responsible for these attacks, all anyone knows is that the attacker is Faunus
Weiss: clearly it's the white fang doing this
Blake: the white fang aren't doing these attacks, they would've owned up to it by now
Weiss: and how can you be so sure? The white fang are just a bunch of terrorists that would love nothing more than to wipe humanity off of the map
Blake: it's more complex than that
Weiss: and why do you care so much?
Yang: guys can't we just get along?
Yang said trying to break up the argument. Before either of them could say anything there was a knock on the door. I got up and answered it
Me: hello
Miss goodwitch: ruby, ozpin has requested that you and your team go to his office immediately
Yang: why?
Miss goodwitch: I think that he would rather tell you himself, now hurry up
She said impatiently as she walked down the hall
Ozpins office
Ozpins pov
I was sitting at my desk and waiting for team RWBY. After a few minutes the elevator in my office dinged alerting me that they were here. Their team leader miss ruby rose was the first one to speak
Ruby: you called us mister ozpin
I nodded and looked out my window
Me: yes miss rose, I'm sure you've heard about the recent attacks against atlas personnel...
I paused for a few seconds so that they could understand the gravity of the situation
Me:...there's an atlas commander who will be doing a speech in the market place of vale. As I'm sure you can understand Vale is my responsibility
Weiss: sir, if you don't mind could you tell me where you're going with this?
Me: yes of course I suppose that I've been rambling. The reason I called you to my office is because I want you to act as extra...protection
Ruby: so who are we protecting

Clock tower overlooking the market
I was sitting on the window sill of the clock tower, When the commander starts his speech I'll be in the perfect position to attack. My wolf ears twitched slightly underneath my (f/c) cloak, I tightened my grip on my whip sword which other than a few modifications was the exact same as when I had first gotten it. I noticed four girls walking around the market place normally that wouldn't be strange but these four were certainly looking for someone, that someone could only be me, couple the suspicious behaviour with their weapons and it's obvious that their huntresses
Me:...goddammit ozpin...
I said to myself angered that the old man was inadvertently trying to interfere with my plans. No matter Oberon is the last on my list, all I've got to do is kill him and then I can die in peace. The commander stood up on stage and started giving his speech about how we'll 'overcome these horrible murders of atlas personal' I guess lives only matter to him when their human. He eventually finished his speech and the press started asking questions, and luckily the press will do anything for an exclusive front row seat to the murder of an atlas commander
News crew: mr Oberon, how does it feel to be a murderer?

News crew: is it true that you've murdered the innocent?
Oberon: what is the point of all of these ques-
News crew: sir, do you realise that you must pay for your sins?
After hearing that I changed my weapon into its whip form and jump down off of the window sill, I extend the whip out and wrap it around his neck, I pulled up wards and landed so that the whip crossed over the top of a lamp post and started choking him to death whilst blood started to pour from his neck. The four girls started running towards me but I didn't move until he died. I then unwrapped my whip and turned it back into its sword form and sprinted off. I was running down the street and the four girls were following close behind me, I shot my whip at the top of a building and used it to reel me to the top of the buildings and continued to run. I looked behind me to see if they were still following me. Red used some sort of speed semblance to reach the top of the buildings, white used glyphs to reach the top and black used a grappling hook of some kind and pulled both herself and the yellow one up. They stared me down
White: just give up you aren't getting away
I didn't reply. I activated a button on my sword infusing it with a fire dust crystal shard and slashed the air in front of me sending a wave of fire at them. The red and black ones used their semblances to get past the flames and jump behind me whilst the white one created a wall of ice to protect her and the yellow one. I was completely surrounded and had no way out. I sheathed my weapon and raised my hands up in surrender
Me: fine I surrender, I don't care any more my work been completed and that's all that matters
