TI ANBU tactic mostly consist on bringing the target to HQ without harming it, so they can start interrogating the moment they arrive there...
Root tactics say that missions are absolute, if needed they will kill there camarads....
ANBU tactics are based on teamwork, following orders and absolute mental preparation...
Those are just the basic tactics, don't forget that each team, each mission and each task needs special tactics...
