The ANBU dorms

The ANBU dorms are located inside the headquarters in the living wing. To get to the dorms you should follow the instructions given to you by a senior member and use the markings depicted in section 55a.Sigma of the trainee manual... The dorms are either a temporary resting place or your home, depending on what your cover situation is if you have any.
Rules for the dorms:

2) In the extraordinary events of :
a) An attack on the village
b) An attack on HQ
c) A non-planed, obligatory drill
d) An urgent, non-planed mission
You will be considered on duty, even if you were on Rest.

3) The dorms are open at anytime of day and night. When entering the dorm, be wary of flying kunais, senbons, shurikens and other form of deadly weapon, as you risk being seen as an intruder.

4) There will be enough beds, per dorm, to house a full squad. If your squad is interested in resting in the same room after a long mission, the captain should fill the form 36.3b and give it to the squad on watch duty.
