it was a Friday night, just finished homework, mom is cooking dinner and dad is still working while kai is out partying all night with Dylan?
wait let me catch you up with them, after kai found out about Dylan and Emma kai was really made at Dylan but he knew he could blackmail one of them.
Anyways, it was typical night but her father was drinking more and more, kai and him picked many fights and emma would defend kai and emma would get yelled at. her mom wouldn't defend her at all. Her mom was afraid that she would get hurt again..
later that night Kai came home drunk and his father started to fight with him. Emma heard him and Emma jumped in and defended him. And the fight was a blur but the only thing she remembered was that he said
'SHUT THE FFUCK UP U HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE IN THHIS FIGHT YOUR NOT EVEN MY DAUGHTER'
she looked at him and then ran up stairs crying. The next morning her dad felt like crap for saying that he then went to her room and tried to say sorry but she was to upset. She understood that he didn't mean to say it and she knew he loved her.
but the thing that hurt the most was that he waited so long too tell her the truth, and how he said it hurt the most.
