I feel like I see the prefix rose but I've never really noticed it with a suffix as strikingly (pun intended) as what you chose so I think its a good oc name

She was given the prefix rose because she has a rosy pelt and her mother's favorite flower was a rose

I mean I guess it makes sense, but try to come up with something not so sappy

She is a russet-brown she-cat with small white stripes and dark amber eyes

She sounds really pretty, I don't think theirs enough cats with amber eyes so that's a good touch, I wish you would add more details so you could get a better image

She is usually loud and outspoken because she was never told otherwise, she hates to be told what to do but she is very loyal to her leader and she always tries to help the elders

Its good to have pros and cons in a personality but loyal is a little cliche, most cats who have the loyal trait usually do something that is against their leader or the warrior code so you might want to change that

When she was younger her mother disowned her, saying it was her fault that all her siblings died when a rouge group attacked. Her father desided to raise her, training her how to hunt and fight at a young age so she could defend herself. As an apprentice she was one of the strongest but never listened to her mentor.

The sad and tragic backstory is overused in oc's, but its unusual for any father to actually take care of their kits so that's a new thing, so cool

Mother: WhiteBreeze- light brown she-cat with white stripes and pale amber eyes

I really like this name even though Breeze is sort of overused

Father: RedSoar- dark russet-brown tom with light grey stripes and dark blue eyes

This I think is a good name for him, he is really pretty sounding

I'm guessing their all dead because they don't have their warrior names but they have good names and I like the touch that they all have blue eyes because they weren't old enough to have colored eyes

They have pretty original names but I think flame is sometimes overused and his looks are close to a certain overpower cat I know *cough* *cough* FireStar *cough*

Died cause of a badger attack at the age of 72 moons

What was she doing near a badger? Did it attack the camp? Was she protecting someone?

Overall I would give it a 7/10, theirs a lot of overused names and traits, I feel like if you got rid of the loyal trait than she would be way better and maybe change the backstory but that would probably change your story so think about that next time you make an oc. I love how origional most of your names are and how her father is raising her instead.
