When school ended we walked home and made it to the apartment building we live at then headed to me and my moms and decided to have a sleepover
"Hey ma can they sleepover Pleeaassee" I begged to my mom
"Ok ok let me talk to their parents first" my mom said as she walked to the door then looked at us
"What is it ma" I asked as they looked at my mom in confusion
"Y'all have to come with me so y'all can get your clothes and stuff" my mom said in a duh tone
"Oohh ok" they said in unison
They got their clothes and came back then me and Devante we're playing mortal combat then my mom made dinner
"Wow Ms.Thomas this looks so good" Dalvin said

"Thanks sweetie now can you let them know dinners ready" my Mom said
"AYO DINNERS READY YA'LL" Dalvin yelled like he was crazy
"Alright man stop yelling" K-Ci said as him and the rest walked into the kitchen except for me and Devante because we're focused on the game
"If y'all behinds don't get off that damn game ya'll been playing ever we came back dinners ready" my mom said before unplugging the game console as we groaned in fustration
"Ma why you unplug it" I asked
"Because I knew ya'll wasn't gonna get off now come on dinners ready" my mom said walking to the kitchen as we followed her lazily until we saw what my mother prepared and our faces lit up
"Wow Ms.Thomas you can really cook" Devante said as we sat down
"Man this looks so good" K-Ci said about to eat a price of chicken but my mom slapped his hand
"Hey we gotta say grace and y'all should know better all of y'all are church kids" my mom said giving us a Stern look
"Sorry Ms.Thomas" K-Ci with his head down
"It's alright just remember next time now who wants to say grace" my mom asked as Devante raised his hand
"Ok Donald" my mom said
"Father God thank you for this wonderful meal we are about to receive and please father God make sure that this nurishes all of our bodies and makes us stronger God in Jesus name, Amen" Devante said as we nodded that's one of the best things that Devante's amazing at especially at church you can tell that his father is a pastor
