Chapter 38: Tris

When Monday comes around I am to lazy to try to look good, so I wake up 30minutes from when school starts and grab a pair of black sweatpants, and a dark gray t-shirt that has an orange flame on it representing our school.

I slip on some Uggs to keep my feet warm in the chilly autumn weather, then put my hair into a messy bun. I eat a granola bar and hope into my car. I get to school at see my friends instantly.

I walk up to Tobias and he drapes a muscular arm across my shoulders, I smile up at him.

"Can we talk after school?" he asks and I nod kissing his cheek. He smiles nervously and only then do I wonder what he wants to talk about. I shrug it off for now and we all head to our lockers. The go to first block (or period, whatever you want to call it) and I take my seat next to Toby. He puts an arm across the back of my chair and I scoot closer to him.

The class seems to go on forever. Finally the bell rings and I go to my next class, my hand laced with Tobias'. We sit next to each other again and make small talk about not in particular.

"Alright class! Read pages 440-464 and fill in the worksheet that goes along with it!" the teacher says and we all groan. Then the bell rings and Tobias and I head to lunch.

We get out food, which consists of tacos, cake, and Gatorade.

"Can you still meet up with me after school?" he asks for like the fourth time today.

"Yes! but where exactly?" I ask.

"The football field," he says and I sense that he is still nervous. We eat and then go to our next class and sit with Will, Chirs, Mar, and Uri.

We basically talk and goof off the whole class.

I walk out to the football field and wait for Tobias, and finally I see him walk out with the football team.

They all get in a line and on Tobias' cue hold up a car and it spells out 'Will you go to the dance with me?' I smile from ear to ear and nod eagerly running up to him and kissing his cheek, he looks relieved and happy.

Okay sorry for the wait! Do you like it, I feel like I am getting worse at writing. But I finish this book even if it sucks!
