Wonderland

It is her senior prom and Taylor sighs, sitting alone as her british friend was off dancing with some dark haired girl

Pushing her glasses up, she glances at the most popular and beautiful girl in the whole school sitting alone

The blue eyed girl frowns

How is she alone?

Taylor's thoughts were interrupted when her friend sat down with a groan next to her, a massive grin on her face

"Tayyyyyyy did you see the hottie I danced with?" Cara asks with a moan and Taylor scrunches up her face

"Yes I did" she replies with a fake gag causing the girl to snort

"Oh please you'd do the same if you had to dance with Miss Klossy" Cara says with a smirk and the blue eyed girl blushes

Taylor stole a glance at the girl who previously sat alone and sighed as she saw the girl's boyfriend standing there

She sighed and glanced at her hands in her lap

"At least she noticed you Cara" Taylor mumbles "Karlie will never notice a plain girl like me"

Cara lets out a sigh and hugs her friend

"If all else fails... We can get married" The british girl mumbles into her friend's ear and the girl giggles

"Misses Taylor Swift Delevingne!" Taylor exclaims, pulling away from the hug, and Cara lets out a laugh

"Exactly! We'll be goals"

"We already are!"

Their conversation was cut short when someone cleared their throat

They both looked up into the eyes of none other than Karlie

Taylor gulped in awe as she saw the green eyed goddess up close for the first time

"Hey guys" The tall girl flashes a smile which Taylor swore consisted of sunshine

Cara was the first to respond, also in awe of the tall girl

"Hey Karlie right?"

The tall girl nodded and bit down on her lower lip, glancing at Taylor who quietly sat there

"My friend Josh over there wants to kindly ask you to join him for a dance but he's a bit too shy" Karlie says looking at Cara

"Be right back Tay" Cara mumbles and Taylor gives her pleading eyes to stay but in a flash the girl was gone leaving Taylor alone

Karlie took a seat next to the girl and offered her a smile

"You're very quiet" the green eyed girl mumbles and Taylor just nods, glancing down with a blush

Karlie leans over and cups the girls chin, making her glance at her

"I don't bite I promise"

Taylor could feel her blush deepen as she made eye contact with the girl

She wanted the ground to swallow her

Cara walked over to the guy and gently pat his shoulder, making him turn around

"Yes?"

"I heard you want a dance with me" she said with a smug smile and the boy frowned

"I don't" he mumbled and Cara frowned

"But Karlie said-"

"Karlie just wanted you away from Taylor silly"

"Oh"

"Aren't you dating her?"

He chuckles

"No she's my best friend and anyway she only has eyes for Taylor"

He sits down and the british girl takes a seat next to him

Taylor pushes up her glasses and the tall girl squeals at the sight

"You're very cute you know" Karlie mumbles and Taylor blushes

"Thank you" she says shyly and the tall girl gasps dramatically

"You can speak!"

The blue eyed girl laughs and just as she wanted to give her a reply, the DJ's voice boomed over the speakers

"Ladies and gentlemen! I have a very special song I want to play tonight" he says and Taylor smiles when she sees it's her friend

"This is sung by our very own Taylor Swift! I hope you enjoy it!"

Taylor's eyes widened as Wonderland fills the room and her fellow students all looks at her

Karlie stares at her in surprise and everything is suddenly too much

She quickly gets up when Karlie grabs her arm

Taylor looks down at the tall girl only to see her smiling widely

"Dance with me" she asks Taylor and Taylor's eyes go big as a blush fills her cheeks

"W-what?"

"I want you to dance with me Tay"

"O-okay"

Karlie gets up and pulls the her in, her arms wrapping around her waist

Butterflies fill Taylor's stomach as the girl grips her tighter

They sway softly to the music

Karlie looks into Taylor's eyes and giggles

"What?"

"This is everything I've ever wanted" the tall girl mumbles and Taylor smiles softly

"Me too"

"I'm gonna be real cheesy and quote you... 'We found wonderland!'"

Taylor laughs out loud and the girl smiles smugly

"You can be Alice, I'll be the Mad Hatter" Taylor says, her voice laced with cheesiness

Karlie leans forward and places a kiss on her forehead

"Deal"
