Ask someone to give you a number. Make sure they say it out loud to you. It can be any number but be sure you know how to spell it. Now let's say the number is 7. Ok you would count how many letters 7 has in it and seven has 5 letters so then you would say 7 is to 5, 5 is to (five) 4, and 4 is the magic number. 4 will always be the magic number. But keep asking them to give you a number and if they give up ask them for something to write on and write with. Or you can just leave them hanging. Then write out the numbers in word form. And there's that mind trick! Have fun playing it on people.
