So lemme tell you.

So basically if y'all don't know, this week is Asexual Awareness Week. Btw, happy Asexual Awareness week! So I was on Tumblr (cause I'm trash and bored) on the asexuality awareness week and oH THIS GUY-

Lemme just quote what he said or so.

"Happy Asexual Awareness Week! Cishet aces aren't lgbt+!"

At first it took me a moment to figure out what that sentence meant.

But after a long couple seconds, I figured it out.

And I get angry.

What this person means in case some are confused is that people who are cisgendered and heterosexual and ace aren't LGBT+.

Lemme say that again.

People who are straight, cisgendered, and asexual aren't LGBT+.

*inhale*

*pterodactyl screech*

Lemme say something gay/straight- there are over 40 letters to the LGBT+ acronym. That's why we use the +, or just say SAGA*!

I dont know the whole acronym, but this is what I know up to the most:

LGBTQAIP+.

Lemme just rewrite this...

LGBTQAIP+

And news flash:

THE 'A' ISNT FOR ALLIES!

The A is for Aros, Agenders, oh, and ASEXUALS. A C E' S.

And guess what!

APHOBIA EXISTS

What's aphobia you may ask?

Think transphobia or homophobia but for asexuals and aromantics.

AND IT EXISTS.

People get bullied for being themselves anywhere and everywhere.

No matter who they are, what race they are, etc.

SO YOU SAYING THAT CISHET ACES AREN'T LGBT+ MAKES. NO. SENSE.

Oh, and this person also called an asexual person a plant.

Like-

Person: *makes a post about asexual awarness week positively*

Also person: *calls asexual person a plant*

I. WANTED. TO SCREAM. WHEN I SAW THIS.

AND IT MAKES NO SENSE AND THERE IS NO POINT FOR IT AND THEY ARE VALID AND SJJAIWNEMOANWNEJDN

.....

So that was my day.

Also shout out to all the asexual/aromantics out there; no matter what your race, looks, gender, sexuality, etc, is, you're still valid, awesome, and Not broken!

Anyways, that was a really messy rant.
