3rd Pov. Avia

"Piss off." Charles said, and Logan held in his annoyance.

"If you had powers, you'd know I was telling the truth." Logan pushed, and we stated at him.

"How do you know I don't have p... Who are you?" He asked, and signaled for Hank to move Avia closer to him.

"I told you." Logan pushed, and Charles asked him.

"Are you CIA?" He asked, and Logan spoke as Avia shrugged.

"No." He said, and they looked back at her.

"I don't remember. We would just have to see." She added and Charles turned back to Logan.

"You've been watching me?" He asks and doges my statement.

"I know you, Charles. We've been friends for years. I know your powers came when you were 9. I know you thought you were going crazy when it started... all the voices in your head. And it wasn't until you were 12... that you realized all the voices were in everyone else's head. Do you want me to go on?" Charles stared at him in shock as he rounded the side of his desk.

"I never told anyone that." Charles answered, and Avia glanced at him.

"No, yet, no, but, you will." She said, and he looked at Logan.

"All right, you've piqued my interest. What do you want?" Charles asked, and Logan moved a step closer.

"We have to stop Raven. I need your help. We need your help." Logan said, and Charles looked away.

"I think I'd like to wake up now." Charles said, and left the office towards the staircase.

"What does she have to do with this?" Hank turned back to normal and faced them.

"So you're saying... they took Raven's power, and what? They weaponized it?" Charles asked, and he nodded.

"She is unique." Hank added, nd Avia gave him a weak smile.

"Yeah, she is, Hank." Charles agreed, and Avia spoke.

"In the beginning the Sentinels were just targeting mutants, then they began to identify the genetics in non-mutants who'd eventually have mutant children or grandchildren. Then they started targeting everybody. Many of the humans tried to help us, it was a slaughter. Leaving only the worst of humanity in charge. I've been in a lot of wars, I've never seen anything like this. And it all starts with her." She finished, and Charles glanced between the pair.

"Let's just say for the sake of... the sake, that I choose to believe you... that I choose to help you. Raven won't listen to me. Her heat and soul belong to someone else now." Charles said, nd Logan went next.

"I know. That's why we're gonna need Magneto, too." He says, and he let out a light chuckle.

"Erik?" He asks rhetorically, and he nods.

"You do know where Erik is?" He said, and they both nodded.

"Yeah." Logan says, and Charles laughed hard and walked back to the stair case.

"He's where he belongs."  Charles said, and tool a few steps up the stairs.

"You're just gonna walk out?" Avia said, getting annoyed at his behavior.

"Yes. Exactly." He replied and she went after him.

"The Professor I know would never turn his back... on someone who'd lost their path. Especially someone he loved." Logan added, and Charles moved past Avia and walked in front of Logan.

"You know, I think I do remember you now. Yeah... We came to you a long time ago seeking your help. And I'm gonna say to you what you said to is then: Fuck off!" Charles yelled, and Logan grabbed his collar.

"Listen to me, you little shit. I've come a long way, and I've watched a lot of people die. Good people. Friends. If you're gonna wallow in self-pity... and do nothing, then you're gonna watch the same thing... you understand?" Logan let Charles go and Avia stared at him in disappointment.

"We all have to die sometime." Charles said, and walked back up the stairs. She followed after Charles as Logan stayed behind with Hank.
