Chapter 27

*lauras pov*

I ran home right after the incident and decided to take a nap. I still have nightmares thinking about it and I just can't sleep. I got up and decided to FaceTime lucas.

"Heyyy baby are you okay now?" He said

"No lucas, I can't sleep, I keep having nightmares" I said starting to tear up.

"Aw baby I have to go now bye" he said

"Wait whe" I got cut off and he ended the call.

I got sad because he left me just like that which made me more sad.

I went back to sleep and heard the doorbell ring and it was 12:00, I got up and opened the door and saw lucas.

"Lucas oh my god" I said hugging him tightly

"What!? You thought I would just leave my baby like that" he said kissing me

"I love you so much I'm so happy now" I said

"I got you something yesterday and I forgot to give it to you" he said

"wow show me" I said

He grabbed a little bag from the side of my door and told me to open it. I opened the bag and saw a Pandora box, I opened the pandora box and saw a cute charm bracelet with the letters L&L

"Lucas I love it so much!" I said hugging him

"The L's is for Laura and Lucas" he said and hugged back

"Let's go to my room now" I said holding his hand.

We both went into my room and sat down on the bed and shut the lights off.

I tried going to sleep and it was easier because Lucas was with me.

"I love you laura" Lucas said whispering in my ear

"I love you too lucas" I said turning around facing him.

He kissed me and I kissed back..

*next morning*

I woke up and nobody was beside me. I got up and went to the kitchen and saw Lucas making pancakes.

"Wow my favourite" I said

"I knew you loved pancakes so I made you some" he said

We both sat down and ate our pancakes. I got a text from Marcus...

"I'll get my revenge baby" he texted

"Leave me alone." I texted back

"You okay?" Lucas said staring down at my phone

"Uhh yeah don't worry" I said

"You sure?" He said looking at me oddly

"Yes lucas I'm fine!" I said getting mad

"Woah I'm sorry" he said

"Ugh I'm sorry, I have a headache, I need to use the washroom" I said and got up and went to the washroom.

I started crying in the washroom and kept looking at the texts marcus has sent me and all the flashbacks..  I got out of the washroom and Lucas was gone and there was a note on the table.

"I'll give you a break from me, you need time" it said.

I cried even more and just sat there on the table staring at the note...
