As I laid on the ice holding my shoulder, I winced and Sarah took my helmet off, the game stopped and all my teammates surrounded me.

"It hurts Sarah, get someone please!" I groaned, I tried to get up from the ice but Sarah held me down.

"No, just wait. Someone is coming," Sarah said and I shook my head.

"Just get me up, I'll be fine." I said trying to get up, she sighed and looked at me.

"Masie, you listen to me, your not fine. You just broke your collar bone!" She exclaimed and I felt devastated, sad and ashamed.

"I could do it, just let me up!" I said with anger, Sarah looked at our teammates and they all nodded.

I sat up which hurt a lot, I got on my one knee and Sarah went on my side and I looked at her.

"Just help me up," I said and she helped me up, I whined in pain as she held my arm which sent pain to my broken collar bone.

Jessica tried to help me skate but I shook her hand off, "I could skate, I'm fine." I said and I held my arm as I skated to the bench.

Hockey sticks slammed on the ice as I went to the bench, Keller came up to me and patted my shoulder.

"I'm so sorry Masie!" She exclaimed and I shook my head, "don't worry about it." I said and she skated off.

I went on the bench and sat down, I heard footsteps coming towards me and I turned my head.

"Masie! Are you okay!" Auston exclaimed with William and Mitch by his side.

"I can't play hockey, I fucked up." I said as the medical team came to me.

"No, it's okay." Auston said and I nodded my head rapidly.

Little did she know that she couldn't play hockey..
