Alex pov
I can't tell her. The doc said so! If I do she may freak out! I can not tell her that when they were doing tests they found something bad. She would give up her youtube Chanel of DIYs! I just have to hope that she won't lose her hand like she did her leg.
We are driving back to my place for the first time in what feels like forever.
L: Alex
A: yes?
L: what was the doctor talking about
A: I don't know what you mean. Which part?
L: about my hand
A: oh I didn't hear him say that
L: you were right there
A: must have zoned out
L: whatever alex
A: *sigh* I cant tell you
L: why not it's my body
A: fine but....the doctor told me not to...
L: JUST TELL ME!
A: ok ok! He doctors were doing tests and saw that there is a chance you may.....have your hand paralyzed.
L: but.... I need my hand
A: I know they said that if it doesn't paralyze within this week, your fine, but if it starts to hurt we need to rush you to the ER because it could be the starting of the paralyzation.
L: no! I-I can't! I do DIYs as a living alex
A: I know.
The rest of the ride was silent and as we arrived at my apartment she ran to the bedroom, grabbed clothes and went to the  bathroom
L: I'm gonna change

Laurens pov
I don't want to believe it. I just wanna die! I walk over to the cabinet and take out a bottle of ibuprofen. I take one. My right shoulder was in pain because of being so stiff for days. I almsot took the whole bottle but I know that it's not right.  I need my life back. I feel a throbbing in my left hand and realizing what this means I look down and my hand it turning purple. I faint.

Hours later

I wake up under the lights of an operation table. I move my hand and it moved thank god. Then I hear alex
A: hey Lauren
L: I have feeling in my hand!
A: ...
L: Alex?
A: ...
L: Alex!
I try and move my head but it's sore
A: I love you Lauren
L: I love you too! What's wrong
I get the strength to look over and alex isn't in a chair....or fine....he's on an operating table just like me
L: Alex omg why are you on a table too
A: I....I had to give you my kidney
L: what? Why
A: your starting failing. We don't knwo why
L: why do you sound so rough
A: my.....my other kidney is failing because of a mistake in the surgery
L: omg alex
A: I'm gonna die they said
L: NO!
This can't be
A: goodbye Lauren I love you
I stand up not caring about the IVs I'm hooked up to. I run over and hug alex tighter than ever! I kiss him for a very long time and whisper
L: I love you more than anything and anyone.
I hear a deep breath and then nothing.......BEEP BEEP BEEEEEEEEEEEEP
The doctors start rushing in and I fall to the floor realizing....he's gone. I fall to the ground. I see a light. I hear the doctors shouting
Doc 1: She's not breathing!
Doc 3: oh no!
