jung yeona's p.o.v

i heard two knocks on my door but just ignored it and went back to sleep.

i heard two knocks again.

"who is it?"

"yoongi."

"what is it?"

"do you want to go out for breakfast?"

"isn't my mom making breakfast?"

"nope, she left a note saying that she needed to go back to work."

"oh okay, give me some time to get ready."

"sure, i'll wait for you."

i got ready and changed into a black sweater and a pair of ripped jeans. i also put on a pair of my white adidas superstar.

i took my simple, black sling bag and put my phone, my wallet, a packet of tissues and my earphones in it.

"yoongi, i'm ready."

"you look good, let's go."

min yoongi's p.o.v

i was going to hold yeona's hand just like how we used to do so all the time as kids but i remembered that things were different now.

it pained me to know that everything had changed.

together, we walked to the nearby mall. we contemplated about what to eat.

"sushi?"

"great idea!"

again, i almost held her hand but quickly stopped myself from doing so.

i really wanted to hold her again.

she was always warm.

i promise that if i could hold her again, i would never let her go.

i will not let her go ever again.

"order whatever you want, it's on me."

"nope, it's fine. i can pay for myself."

"i'll pay."

"you'll pay for yourself. i'll pay for myself."

"okay, okay."

i watched her as she tried to stuff the entire sushi in her mouth but failed and only managed to fit half of it in her mouth.

how cute.

"watch this."

she looked at me as i stuffed the entire sushi into my mouth.

"good job!"

she seemed genuinely excited that i managed to do so.

"do it again!"

and so i did it again.

she could ask me to stuff as many sushi in my mouth as she wants and i would gladly do so.

i will, because i love you.

because i want to please you.

because i want to make you happy.
