Oh what a surprise
Life is a mess
With no friends on my side
I just want to be accepted
And not constantly rejected
Tired of being the second choice
I can't continue to ignore the voice
In my head it yells and screams
It continues to fright me
And take away my dreams
I cant be like this anymore
I just want an escape route
Or something to erase these demons deep
within from my core
Until that day I'll keep up this fight
In the end because I'm the one staying up
These sleep less nights
